'Crust & Craft Pizzeria started from an earnest dream to deliver true Neapolitan pizzas to London. Initially established by the Romano lineage in 1985, our pizza shop was a quaint, family-owned business, preserving recipes passed down for generations.

Marco Romano, the progenitor of our brand, mastered pizza crafting during her Italian sojourn, learning from Naples' renowned pizzaiolos—where pizza was conceived. She returned to the UK with a mission to recreate the enchantment of authentic Italian pizzas, adhering to time-honored techniques and selecting only premium ingredients.

Our journey began with a humble 12-seat pizza shop, which has since evolved into a cherished neighborhood staple. However, our dedication to excellence and authenticity remains unchanged. Despite our growth, we've continued to employ the traditional wood-fire baking methods, prepare our pizza dough daily, and handpick the finest ingredients available.

'Crust & Craft Pizzeria is still a family-owned venture with the Romano’s second generation at the helm, guiding our enthusiastic team. While we've adopted new advancements, the core of our mission is unaltered: crafting delightful and genuine pizzas that unite patrons.
